Why this exists
I'm Annette, a medical technologist. When I went looking for who does Botox, laser, and skin work well near Boulder, I found the same auto-generated lists everyone else does: no real judgment, no sense of who has a physician on staff, no idea who publishes their pricing.
So I built the guide I wanted. Every provider here is scored on the same public rubric: their reviews, their credentials, the range of what they offer, whether they're upfront about price. Then I refine it in person, and I tell you when I do.
How the score works
Every provider starts at the same line and earns a score out of 100 across seven weighted dimensions. Today those scores are built from public data. As I visit in person, the consultation and facility marks get real and dated on each profile.
Current scores reflect the publicly verifiable dimensions (reviews, published services, listed credentials, price transparency, and booking). Consultation and facility marks are assessed during firsthand visits and added as those happen. Read the full methodology
